Refund Policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Try GeoPhoto for free before you buy: every feature works, with locations and times saved for up to 50 photos.

• 14-day refunds. If GeoPhoto doesn’t work for you, ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. No reason needed.
• How. E-mail support@getgeophoto.com with your order number, or use the link in your payment receipt. Refunds are issued by our payment provider to the original payment method.
• After a refund. The license is revoked on every computer. GeoPhoto returns to the free limit; files you already saved are not changed.
• Chargebacks have the same effect as a refund.
• Your rights under consumer law in your country are not affected.
